I got this game when it was still pretty new, and I've been having freezes since day 1 and it still happens frequently even 2 years later. I think it's more a multi-player thing and it's pretty common amongst a lot of players. I've been in countless MP rooms where it freezes when the game is about to start and you're at the loading screen with chips stacking in the corner, then when you join a new room after restarting your xbox, you find a bunch of people who you were with a minute ago all b!tching about the game just freezing on them and how p!ssed off they are because it always happens.
Despite that always happening, I just deal with it (even though it's extremely annoying) because I think it's one of the better laid out poker games for online play. The graphics aren't plain and boring like the arcade version, betting is quick and easy, and everything is easy to read. WSoP: Battle for the Bracelets is pretty cheap now, so I'm thinking about picking that up soon.
