When I got to about you are and ran out of ideas I started going back and doing things.
I went back to the boxing club, fought a couple more games (even though i'd already done it)
and the achievment popped up!
Yeah, the game is pretty glitchy and the achievements don't always pop, so bunny nose45 as long as you have done everything on the check list your best bet is to follow Gunshine360's advice and start redoing some of the tasks. Some common items that don't always register the first time through are the lawn mowing jobs and the boxing matches so you might want to start with those.
Are you missing any achievements aside from the 100% completion one???
Pay attention to this.....i've been stuck at 99.01% for weeks, after going through the 100% checklist and comparing it to my stats page. This evening I started to actually go and do the objectives to see if I had missed something and found out that the cheevos and stats don't always sync.
Cheevos and stats said that I had completed all Lawn Mowing and Paper Routes, but doing each of the final ones again gave me my last 1% that I needed.
So don't just sit and think you've done it because you've got the points and stats....actually go through each checklist item and do them again.
