I'm apposed to the idea of the idea of Xbox Original mostly because the games released for it aren't so rare that they deserve to become a download. However UC2 is hard to find in store shelves, if you ask one of the employees they'll simply scratch their heads. And although you can just get it on Ebay making it an Xbox Original means more people will find out about it and play it online.

I completely agree,  was and is an awesome game. In fact one of the few games that my wife really enjoyed. What was really sad about when it was released is that it was overlooked by so many shooter fans because of Halo 2 and other big titles. My sons actually rented it this week and are hooked.
