Don't know if this helps, but the spot where I missed my .2% the first time through and had to hunt for it was in the Colosseum, in the upper path where you see the two big broken columns, and are fighting the Blade Guards (the ones that sometimes drop the $400 moneybags.) There is a section of ceiling, I believe to the RIGHT of the first broken column, which you have to hit with an Axe - this opens a hole into a little room that contains the Holy Sword. And this room is 2 squares in size, which adds up to .2% of the map: that was the only thing I was missing!
Before criticizing someone walk a mile in their shoes. So when you do criticize them you're a mile away and have their shoes.
