Because the forum is fairly inactive and the guide is not necessary. That is what I would told... Take it for what it's worth.

I need help with the mapping achievement. When I enter the numbers I can only see one map and show only one of 3 pictures taken. Where is the second map? Help!

The second map in the hatch is in the common room to the left of the lava lamp. If you are like most players, you'll miss this one and get in the beginning of episode 5 after Kate sets you free. It's much easier to get this way, and has better landmarks, IE, the blast door next to Kate (left of her as you look at her) as she sits on the couch.
