It is on the mission as Dante where you are trying to get out of the HQ before it blows up. When you have to fight the three Angelos, go up the stairs until you get to the room with the big cage elevator. Go around the corner on the main floor of that room and their should be a pink combat adjudicator right there for Dante to use.

ok, i've understand... those statues like standing snake... as you said we need to reach a certain style rank to make them blow up. so... everyone of them are easy to find... on our way... except for one... that is hidden, right?
maybe it is the one i left... in fact i need only one fragment more to get all of them. so... is it in mission 12?
i hope to find it because i don't remember well the way you told me... i searched also a youtube video but nothing interesting on it...

I believe it is around 700K after you obtain all the skills.  If you want an exact number, just go to the skill up menu and refund everything.

As for mission 20, you have to be fast.  Once you get Sanctus on the ground you don't need to buster him right away.  Get a couple combos off, and then finish him off with a DT buster attack.  Don't go overboard though, because he will recover, and you will miss your chance for the buster.  Once he gets to the point where he lunges at you, successfully perform a buster counter, and you should be able to finish him off.  Once you get to the Savior, you can probably mess up at least once without risking your S rank in time.

Come on, it's not even hard. It takes, at most, an hour to do it with a super character. LoL! If it makes you feel any better, I did the whole game as well.
