While this Guide was some what helpful. It seems to be missing a few of the upgrades.

I found this Guide at Gamefaqs.com to be much more acurate.  All credit goes to Supercicus.

i hope your right i couldn't find chapter 4 #4 at all. and your #5 and the OP's #5 are the same, you just made it easier to understand from what i could tell. i'm on brutal as well while getting this achievement and wanted to make sure you got it without the Chapter 4 #4. did you?
