EDIT: Whoops! Pointed out a mistake that was already mentioned. But fyi to anyone reading, an alternate to the 6-star wanted level achievement is to go to the furthest north bridge connecting the first and second islands and run into or run past the barrier leading to the next island. Then, drive to your safehouse on the northern island and go to the very top floor of the apartment complex. You will be in a small area with a couple boxes, just camp there until you get the achievement and you can even save to lose your level! Warning: you may run into SWAT members on the floor your apartment is on, so be aware. Hope this helps!

If you are still needing One Man Army, getting the helicopter and flying over a locked island is good.  You can combine this with the one for ditching 4+ stars simply by flying around until you get OMA, then take a wide circle to leave the police choppers behind and jump out of the helicopter right by Happiness Island.  At the north end there is a boat, if you bail out of the chopper there you can hop in the boat and manage to ditch the wanted level (which I couldn't seem to do with the chopper, the wanted circle followed me).  Just steer clear of the police boats and head out to sea until you clear the circle.

ok i've got them all to about 85% + a piece, now my only question is can i get them to 90% now and get the achievement, or do i have to beat the story before the achievement is activated?

Lol,  I dunno, I have never bought any pictures, only downloaded free ones, so it is either in one of the free packs, or it came with a game?  I have not downloaded any in quite some time though, I have had this on for a while and was looking for a change a few weeks ago but there is nothing I like

No they do not need to like you or respect you that much, but if you are going after 100% you will most likely get it that high anyways as you have to take them to all activities and do all their side missions.

Thanks for the guide, I am now at 95% with just 45 stunt jumps and 101 pigeons left. I never would of known about the activities you have to do with Brucie, LJ, and Packie if it weren't for this.

35. Liberty City (5) – 20G - After meeting all possible friends, the ones left alive all like you above 90%.
Roman, Jacob, Bruice, Packie, and Dwayne.  Get these characters to like you above 90% by doing activities with them.  Spoiler (Highlight): If they are dead then they are not counted, so you could have just 3 friends to get to like you!
If you chose Dwayne over Playboy X then you need to check you emails and reply positively for Dwayne to become your friend (Playboy X will never be your friend).

Ok, so if I kill certain characters, such as Playboy X, all I have to do is get them to like me? Cool.

Do the percentage unlocked for doing all activities with friends only unlock in full?  What I mean is, I'm at 90.5% completed and all I have left is the pigeons, a couple of stevie's cars, and doing everything with my friends.  I assume the percentage complete partially unlocks at certain levels (ie. every 10 of stevies cars you get a third of the completion percentage points for that).  I think I answered my own question.  Another question I have is do you only have to beat all 9 different races or do you have to beat a total of 20 to get 100% complete.  Thanks in advance.

My damn routers died so I have had to go into the uni libary to get online, as you can tell I am busy revising for my exams!

 

Yeah you just need to do the 9 races for the % and not 20, you need 20 for the achievement.  And yes, the % unlocks on a per person basis I think.

Well then that really sucks since I don't believe winning darts, bowling, doing rest of the activities will give me around 7% think I'll stop here... this whole dating friend wannabe experience is more frustrating and just makes me put the game away and even skip the multiplayer
