Um, not to keep feeding your fire or anything, but. . . . DOA is right up there in the ultimate anti button mashers.
The top guys don't mash buttons at ALL, and they crush anyone who does.
Believe me, I've tried button mashing against tons of different S and
SS players and if they're legit, there's no way they can be beaten they
way.
They've all said that DOA was all about mind games and split second
timing and so on, so don't think Soul Calibur is any better. Also, most
characters on DOA have 60+ different moves, isn't that a deep enough
vault?
