good game and to the reviewers who criticized the story for the seemingly random plotline, its called purposeful ambiguity

if they can keep up with current technology with their supposed non-Unreal 3 engine, and make something that doesn't remind me of a lesser Gears of War in every way, shape and form, i'll take a look at a sequel. if dark sector 2 comes out and you're able to use those zombie-like creatures as meat shields, it'll get laughed out of existence....

exactyly. I just rented it this week and am almost done. Single player is decent great graphics but the story and gameplay need to be tweaked. It kida bores me at times but second go round could be better. Tried multiplayer today. did 1 game, went straight back to single player! lol man that was sad. So i dont know if they were going to do it right then yeah i would check it out but this game wasn't worth $65. Renter it's excellent though.

I could have sworn they are gearing up for 2...the devs that is
