I'll add another one: Prey.

You have to beat the game once on Normal, once on Cherokee, then boost the multiplayer.  You only need one friend and you can set up a standard ranked FFA deathmatch, then get some more people in to get the Team DM ones.

It's time consuming but very easy.

King Kong

TMNT = This game is an easy 1000/1000. Working on it right now.

Lost = If you have a guide with you ( easily obtained on the internet), then its an easy 1000/1000. Most of it is photo taking and going through the story. Great rental, good story. Recently came out btw.

Avatar:TLA:TBE, TMNT, Fight Night Round Three, and most of the 06 and 2K6 sports games are easy.

Back on topic, achievements are made to show a players skill and looking for easy ones just make you look like a bad player. A proper way to get achievements is to get a friend around and play through campaigns or get help for tricky achievements. Or for some fun race to get achievements. Don't look for easy achievements as dats just the losers way and you'll get found out by some1 looking at ur achievements.  

if ur havin trouble just cheat achivements are still active, im not sayin its dignifying to cheat but if ur really stukgo for it its just an option

TMNT = Very Easy and somewhat fun 1000GS

King Kong is easy, but you can get 800/1000GS if you cheat in 10 minutes.

Phantasy Star Universe is annoying but an easy 1000GS.

Fuzion Frenzy 2 is VERY VERY easy BUT you have to find someone else playing it on XBL >.>

GH: Aerosmith is 700-800 easy GS if you're good at Guitar Hero

Cars is easy. If you can drive on video games. Which I can't >.>

And then most older sports games are easy 1000GS.
