Maybe it's just because I tend to level grind, but I never found Seymour all that tough......

Mind you, if you level grind enough you can kill Yu-Yevon in 3 shots......

Yes, I'm one of those crazy people who fill the entire sphere grid for all the characters.  Is Wakka being able to cast Flare really all that usefull?  No.  But it's fun.

Peronally, I'd pick Wakka.  Not a popular pick I know, but there's something very human about him.

FFV - Bartz.

FFVI - Locke.

FFVII - Vincent, Cloud, Yuffie, Cid and Sephiroth. [All the characters were brilliant.] 

FFVIII - Rinoa and Seifer

FFIX - Amarant.

FFX - Auron and Kimahri Ronso.

Good Guys:    Cloud probobly the most popular  Zidane  I loved it when he Grabbed Garnets *** and u gotta love a theif  Laguna  I like his little sidestory  Balthier  Classic Sky Pirate Vossler  he was a sick guest character in FFXII 

Bad Guys:  SEPHIROTH  one winged Angel holy *** *** that pumped me up First RPG I ever played   Kuja was a tough boss in Trance and had a cool song as well
