i did it that way..and so i wouldnt have trouble with this glitchy game again i started a new game to get some others i missed out on..not being connected to live..given my offline achievements  :D

Oh really? I recorded 75 enemy vehicle shots wuth the dragunov and no achievement. I was told to use the American on, hmmm.

Playing Co-op last night with a buddy, using the same sniper rifle(Venezuelan), he got the achievement and I didn't. After he got the achievment I continued to snipe. I counted another 50 and still no achievement.

Like someone stated above....it's not the rifle, it's the game. It's extremely glitchy.

Also, 40 airstrikes later, in co-op, and still no achievement. This game is all busted up. 

For people who are having trouble take a look...

worked for me..if you do the maintenance the achievement should pop up if you have already did the necesary..sorry about my spelling lol

doesnt just work for the AN and Chinese mood

If you have done the required (ex 50 sniper driver kills) the achievement will pop up

remember not to update when you play after the maintenance

Matt, did you get your maximum Chinese mood achievement yet? Or is it still glitched for ya?

Ok, just to clarify, the only areas I can't possibly access would be the Chinese HQ or the American HQ? So it would be fine to go back and get any spare parts near the UP or PLAV areas after I beat the game?

Yes. If you choose to do the Chinese mission the AN (Allies) will be destroyed and you can't acess there missions anymore. However, you can go back and get the spare parts in that area. Again, make a back-up save just incase.

For Aces High, you get this achievement for verifying all targets without killing any correct? If so, I accidently killed an HVT (for UP) at the very beginning of the game so does this mean I'd have to start the game over in order to get this achievement?

 Yea, you can always go back to your previous save, but if you did that then yes your screwed out of that achievement.

The 'and justice for all' isn't working for me.  I've captured/killed all the targets on my map then did the AN's final mission.  The achievement has not unlocked.  The only thing I can think of is that I still have some buildings to destroy.  Do you think thats it or am I glitched?

I don't think I can get digital man anymore on my save with Mattais....I will randomly get 1 spare part every few minutes except it will go like 36,37,38, then back down to 36....

Also I never got the achievement for beating the battle of caracas....

If yur introduced and your attitude is already max friendly how aboutyou kill a few people and destroy buildings until you are neutral/hostile then build it back up to full friendly?
Haven't done personally but it seems to make senseto me, anyone else?

I just found out that when u complete the caracus mission the bomb blows up an htv...i have to start over.

Just thought I'd say something I thought was funny; I kept doing the winch challenge, but changed the wager, after I beat the game I started doing it. I just finished and the wager min/max was like this:  Minimum - 7.6 Maximum 5.0

Why not reload a save? I also killed a HVT at the begining so im gonna start again tonite with regular saves. Im gonna save after and before each HVT.

*SPOILERS*

I was able to capture all the HVTs in the game, but no Aces High ach.  Also, when the ending sequence will Nillson was happening in Solano's copter, the camera glitched out so i couldn't see what happened.  I think Solano was dead when the copter crashed.  Which character allows him to live?
