Thanks!  Went thru all the races and Rallies (of the same name, i.e. Mogollum Rim Rally) and got everything (as far as "Won All Races in xxx") except Cabo San Lucas and Mogollum Rim.  I wonder what I've missed?

I was going to say check your offline leaderboards via the game options to make sure you've not missed any.

However you've sorted your self out so nice one!

Figured it out.  Mogollun Rim has three Rally races that need to be won.  I forget their names but all three Rally races are side-by-side on the screen.  Cabo San Lucas has two Rallies to win.  Whew.

I just "completed" the career as well (at least, I got the achievement & golds in all non-invitational events) however I also have a handful of invitationals that are still locked.  It says I need to win "more races" ... Does that mean just re-winning a bunch of career races?  I suppose I could use the unlock cheat code, but I was wondering if anyone knew how to unlock them legitimately.

sorry but cos so meny achievements not much time to read. are there any achievements for discovering stuff in free ride mode?

Complete the entire career by finishing 1st in every league and invitational tournament.

- Do just what it says. You must finish the Baja Career mode and achieve a gold medal in every League. Don’t worry about getting a gold in every race, just come in first place for each League.

- Also, you must get a first place in every Invitational Tournament that you qualify for. The Invitationals will come around every year on a specific date, but once you begin an Invitational, you only get to play through it once.

I just got the achievement without finishing a single invitational. I just had to get gold in every other career race. If this works always, you can save yourself a lot of time.
