Thinking about doing a remake of this map, maybe a little smaller....any suggestions??

Thanks man, well there is no actual black hawk lol, but the helicopter is against the fountain near the end of the video. 

I am thinking of remaking it and trying to piece together my own black hawk, we'll see.

I would say a few hours a day for about a week and a half

Yea it did take some time lol, going to start a remake of it that hopefully won't be as time consuming but will be a lot better looking.

Holy crap.  I can tell you that you pretty much captured the essence of Xamar (Muqdisho in Somali) in that thing.  Brings back memories.

The latter.  I am not telling folks this is an exact match, but if you have been there, your design is eerily reminiscent of Mog.  The shacks, the pseudo-Italian architecture, the car tires ready for burning, and, of course, the technicals.  If the game only had the ability to fill with AI, man o man...crazy good times.

Well that is great to hear, I am glad I was able to use the editor to create something resembling the city.   Ya AI would be a cool addition.

I had a little look on my own and it looks great, haven't managed to find any games running it though, and when I host, I give up after 10 minutes of waiting for someone to join.

Yea I am in the same boat.  I can never find enough people to play  afull game lol....thanks for trying though.  Maybe we can get on and get a game going sometime.

Its not bad for your first map.

I had three problems with the map after playing it.

1. It was to easy to jump in and out of the map and skip along the roof tops between and around bases.

2. Its to big, you could definitely have shrunken it down a good bit.  I was jogging for most of the match and rarely saw any action.

3. It had no helicopter.  You know there is a wreck available that could be placed.

Don't take what I said to seriously, just think about it.

Great work. I'm gonna host this in my matches. I can see some great times on this match with the Hardcore mode.
