Are you receiving the 80070570 error code? If not, then you may want to post your concern in the Video Marketplace along with error message and error code, and myself or someone else maybe able to assist with your concern.

Is there a link to or a way to get some help on a similar error code?  (I'm trying to keep this board on the 80070570 Error).

Everytime i sign onto my account it says "some xbox live content is temporarily unavailable. you can still access your profile, communicate with other players. and play online" and i get the status code 80072741. i know it tells me to wait but everybody i know can access their marketplace and it works for them

The only 2 things on my dashboard is my xbox and friends. when i press the dashboard button and select marketplace it just takes me back to the dashboard. also when i try to do anything that is related to downloading things or changing details like billing, it says cannot retrieve information from xbox live.

Ive already cleared my cache and it still does not work, my NAT setting is on moderate but i don't know if that has anything to do with it.

It has to do with ports and your network setup. Please see the below support link for details. You may need to contact the administrator of your network or your ISP to resolve the issue.

If you are not experiencing the 80070570 error code specifically, I would recommend you check the code you are entering one more time. Also, please be sure you are using a redemption code that is for your region as Microsoft Points are region specifically. Outside of this, you may want to call in to Xbox Support about your issue where we can look up your code and provide you with additional details.

Ok, thanks for clarifying.

Please test your connection to Xbox Live and then try downloading the content again. Also, if you haven't, try using a direct connection to the modem to obtain the content.

I can't download Fable and Dreamfall. I've been trying for many times. Can somebody confirm it's actually working?

and no problems so far, i downloaded many demos and videos
no problems at all

If you are having an issue that is different from the error message being discussed in this thread, then please create your own thread in this forum or the Xbox Originals forum. Also, please make sure you deleted any partial downloads from your console, have tested your connection to Xbox Live, and tried to obtain the downloads again.

My friend is having the same error.  While I know it's late, some support would be nice.  This is infuriating, and I can't seem to find information anywhere about it.  Not here at least. 

Well don't get the error mentioned here either, but I get the 80070005 error when I try to download any video from the marketplace. I can download demos and play online. I been having this problem since Tuesday night, has anyone else experience this as of late?

I stayed up until 4am to download this game. Now I get 80070570. Not cool. ISP is Qwest, if it matters.

Have you tried downloading the game again recently? I saw that there were a few posts about this on Major Nelson.com earlier this morning, but it appears many are having a better experience now.
