How the heck do you get cr0wned? I've walked up behind the witch with a shotgun and shot her in the face (on easy and normal), and all she does is hop up STILL and attack me.  It's sort of pissing me off. =/

Sneak up behind her with your flashlight off with a auto shotty. When she looks up at you, aim at around her neck and shoot away. Should get it pretty easily. Might take a few tries.

I did it with a regular Shotty. Works just as well.

I read that you don't have to do all campaigns in one sitting, you just have to beat each individual campaign without stopping in the middle...  I completed No Mercy and got Zombicidal Maniac yesterday, but I was scrolling through the achievements section of the main menu today and it said 0/4 beaten for "What are you trying to prove?".  Is this just a glitch or what?

that has to be done on the hardest level.

That's what I'm gonna be trying this weekend so I'll get back Monday to see if someone hasn't answered you fully.
I say just keep trying to beat them....the counter should start to say 2/4, 3/4 etc. It should update for you. All the others do. But I do see your concern.

I've beaten another campaign since then but never checked it. 

It only says 1/4 now, so I'm assuming the campaign you beat on expert for "Zombicidal Maniac", you have to beat a second time for "What are you trying to prove?".

I should have gotten 2 achievements while playing tonight - Unbreakable and Stand Tall - but they didn't unlock.  The only thing I can think of that went wrong is that I went idle for about 5 seconds; I know for a fact I was never incapacitated.  Could that be why I didn't get them?

Also I'm getting mixed answers regarding Unbreakable.  I know you can take pills, but can you not be healed the by others (whether AI or player) as well?  I saw some other guide that said as long as YOU dont heal YOURSELF, you'll get it.

I'd appreciate some help on this, thanks.

yea i know what you mean i have been trying to get towering inferno and its not working
here's a few reasons it think it might not be working
1 it was online (versus)
2 it was already on fire
3 i didn't hit directly although i still got it on fire
4 the game hates me and my addiction to achievements
and just so im clear this was not all the same attempt but each an individual attempt and iv done it more than three times where i thought nothing was wrong (but #1)

A better way to do the untouchable achievment is at the ned of death toll if you go all the way to the left youll see a small rocky bit cut off by a small bit of water get everyone on it and get 1 person to call the vehicle thn less zombies come and sometimes the tanks dont even appear but do get the pipe bombs first for the run when the vehicle arrives.

can anyone confirm that you can get do not disturb on easy? i know i didnt disturb the witch once the whole campaign and neither did the ai but still didnt get the cheevo. i watched the end credits just to double check and it had zeros across the board for all of us. does it have to be co-op campaign to unlock? cause every time i play co-op everyone has to harass the witch.

You CAN get it on easy, that's how I got it.
