Using cheats will disable all achievements. With the exception of the 3 Gamestop ones,

Same issue I have too because I've done all the missions, but I think in your cribs there was a newspaper board or something like that? I remember it saying something about replaying old missions, you might want to try that, I will tomorrow.

Well I did it all you have to do is walk up to one of your OWN gang members and keep hitting right on the d-pad and you will get it sooner or later

Thanks for that. I will deffinatly look into this. It was just that every person that I had talked to about this already did the Races, Chop Shop and Hitman. I think all you need to complete then is everything except those three (Races, Chop Shop, Hitman) for it. Thanks for the heads up. If this post gets stickied I will deffinatly get this edited.
