Re: MNQ: DDR3 and the Dance Pad, Xbox 360 Compatibility?
It wouldn't work that way because all 360 accessories have a security chip in them. If there's no chip, it means Microsoft didn't authorize it, so it can't be used. Plus it would have no way to take what gets sent regarding controller position.

Look at dates before you "duh" me, I posted this way before the DDR for 360 was announced...  Don't be so quick to "duh" people and be a smart aleck...  This topic is closed, problem solved, DDR is coming out for the 360! :)

Well then I guess you'll be stuck with a soft pad for awhile until 360 pads come out because no pad in existance works with the 360 right now :)

Have fun with that :D

Also: DDR Ultramixes are not and probably WILL NOT be backwards compatible ever.

Also: What the ***? DDR 3 came out like...more than 5 years ago in the arcades. Why would it work on your 360?

Re: MNQ: DDR3 and the Dance Pad, Xbox 360 Compatibility?
I think DDR Ultramix 1-4 would of been a better choice than Pump it Up because:
1. More people own at least One of the DDR Ultramixes than PiU
2. There isn't an Xbox 360 dance mat for Pump it Up, and yet PiU is backwards compatible.
3. DDR ultramix utilizes Xbox Live better.
4. And there is already a DDR dancemat on the 360.
