I'm sure you read my posts in this thread, as well the last one. I wouldn't say there's nothing you can do, because there is. You need to contact MS and explain what is happening. Mention that this has been happening to many and definitley use my gamertag because they have many and I mean many calls from me. One person is not enough, they need to hear from many.

Posting here is good, but this post alone won't resolve the problem that many are experiencing.

Again I wouldn't say it doesn't have a solution - we all need to complain about it to MS, then maybe something will be done about it.

My Inbox has not games in it and it loads and loads, eventually stating that the servers are not available. It might take a while, but the server not available message does surface.

Are you able to go to Create or Join an existing Message chess game. I see others that create and I attempt to join, however then I get the message that I have 7 open games and must increase my ELO. Of course how can I increase my ELO, if I can't play a message chess game to achieve that. There are different ELO scores for each of the game variants. Are you able to join or create a game?
