I have never once asked him to justify anything, he's taken that upon himself. I just stated that it was a bit of a trek from Leeds to the Emirates. I've just put across my reasons for not liking glory supporters, as i said earlier Baldy's story may well be completely true, but I've yet to come across a glory hunter who doesn't have a similar story.
Thanks for also pointing out the facts of life Jonboy, i really didn't realise that the likes of Man ure and Liverpool get thousands of fans while the likes of accrington only get a few hundred. I'll be sure to take more notice in future. Kids will always want to support the most successful side because no child likes to lose, as I said i was a Liverpool fan for my early years. However as I grew up I had no connection to Liverpool and followed Leeds mainly due to my dad. My issue isn't with the fact that one club has more supporters than another, it's the fact this trend of following one of the top four, along with other issues, is making the league uncompetitve.
Who Baldy supports is of little significance to me, i hope you are a gooner for life because there is really nothing worse than someone who switches allegiances but your loyalty hasn't really been tested over your short life has it? It's always easier to support a side competing year in year out. My reasons for calling you a glory supporter hasn't altered one bit since this started, you live hundred of miles away, started supporting them when they were succesful ( about 7 or 8 is when most kids grasp the concept of supporting a team ) and have a suspect story of how you became a fan.
