patch is out

an easier way to get the airborne achievement is to do a pro touge race on peak run. quite far into the course after the 4th tunnel there is a gap in the fence so you keep driving and fall off the edge of the cliff.

thats how i accidently got mine :)

I've clearly raced at ALL those location mentioned.. i've actually completed all of the Grid World.. and i really don't understand why you say that Le mans and Shibuya are not in the Grid World??? They quite evidently are... can you or someone clarify what is to be meant here please...

Also.. because of the patch, and the removal of all my previous lap times,... will this affect the game in thinking that i haven't raced at certain places when i actually have?

That really doesn't help. I'm not entering a race just to quit it two seconds later... and besides.. i've already said that i've raced everywhere... i've completed Grid World for goodness sake.. and ALL those places in that list are on GridWorld one way or another.. Especially.. Le Mans and Shibuyayayayaa... read my post above again and respond in relation to it please..

Ok...My bad. That wording came out all wrong. For some clarification what I wanted to say was all the places except Le Mans and Shibuya are in the First TIER of races. All the other ones can be raced at in the First Tier and then Le Mans and Shibya can be raced in Raceday. When ever you play the game, does it say that you have raced in all the 15 different locations? If it does then your game is messed up, if not then do it all and WIN EVERY RACE. - Might help.

Well i've done all tiers and completed the final head to head at global last night,... as for the question of "does it say you have raced 15/15 locations"... i should thank Codemasters for the random nature of this information.. lol. So with that i will put on the game and pray that the inbetween loading scenarios tells me this info....

*why can't i just view these statistical progress things on one damn page somewhere is just completely beyond me.*

I'm pretty sure that when i last saw that information it said 14/15 which is a bit odd since i've completed GridWorld :S With this in mind.. working out which one it is *assuming* i have somehow missed is a pain in the ***,.. cheers Codemasters.. half a job game... these little things really matter!

Am I the only one having bother with this unlocking? I've done it 3 times now with no contact at all not even light taps no going off the track and I still haven't got it. I'm going to give it a go at another track but it's not looking good. =\

I've done it on the Le mans race.... Won the race and *boop, achievement unlocked.. (btw, I don't know if you must won just your class or win the race cause i've finished first of all the class with the Audi.... so I don't know if you can unlonked this achievement just by wining the GT2 by exemple..)

Full Rep = absolutely retarded achievement! Utterly crap! Incar view is ridiculous.. can't see hardly anything... never known anything as crap as this in my life.. so now i'm supposed to try and have some guy slam into the back end of my car so i can penalty him into me achieving this? Lol.. i can't even see where behind me he could be anyway! Cos it's just impossible to do this otherwise.. unless you have spent your entire gaming experience driving with that stupid incar view.... utterly stupid this..

And I would be one of those people, been using the in car view since day one, and really you get used to it.. There are blind spots but there are in a real car too.

I also think that the Full Rep achievement is pretty hard, I've stopped playing it for some reason. There is no attraction back towards the game because the races are so long and because there are so many of them, but one weekend I'm just gonna sit down and try to finish everything.

Lol.. did you not see my victory message on the "Extreme" post? :D I got the achievement last night, and yeah, i tried the ol demo derby... and yeah didn't take long. Tended to cause the pileups at the jumps,.. as they come over.. since they have no way of steering outta the way in mid flight i'd just drive straight into the front of them as they landed.. can't believe i didn't wreck to be honest, i was slamming front ends and trapping like a muthabiatch :D Once the wrecked cars amassed,.. road was blocked so taking out final cars was a breeze.

So yeah, cheers for that... lol. Just 500 points to Legend to go now and all is done :D

And to think i only got the game on 24th of last month :D

If i had lost my rank when they patched, theres no way on gods earth i woulda gone through it again... its absolute torture going through it once... can't wait til i've got legend cos i'm sellin this game as soon as i have..

In fact,... today is one of those days whereby i absolutely HATE this game.. lol. I've noticed lots of laggers today and its just bollocks.. also the fact that the controls change randomly from being good.. to understeering or oversteering randomly.. most f***ing annoying!
