I have 299/300 yet marked all 300 when making the map. So I must have not smashed one properly. This is a common error and an annoyance as I might as well start over. However the easiest place to make this error is where  there is a cluster, so perhaps search there again.

I went thru  it twice and counted 299 ore locations on this map, I found another map source online and also counted 299 ore locations, I have 299. I know that there are 300 because I've seen someone with the achievement on their profile. There must be one isolated somewhere that's not on the map.

You counted 299 because it's damn tough counting those icons using the interactive map.

See this thread here where someone else had the same issue and then once his error was pointed out realised that there are in fact 300 on the map. You probably made the exact same error when counting.

I truly do hope my count is off, I've played the game again and am going to give it another go, I'm thinking I loaded the wrong save but Ive been back to every spot like 3 times now. I went after the radio tags thinking how can I mess up but still came up short by 1. I did it straight thru and checked off each one as I found it, the map is correct but I have no idea what happened, I wish I had checked my count just before I picked up the last two ( side by side below the radiation zone). If I find the last ore location I will report it here.  The link was  much appreciated, sorry I sounded ungrateful.

That map is missing a radio tag location it shows 25 there is actually 26.

This is SPAAARKSTEALTH (insert kick down well here)

There are two tags very close together in the lower right portion of the map, zoom in close because the markers overlap. I counted it 5 times and it's 36. This achievement has been elusive for me, I've been to every location twice or more and I'm short one.
