Just got them all.  Definitely one of the easiest games to get all of the achievements in.  If Pac-Man is anything like this that will also be quite easy.

its right, achievements are easy - but Galaga doesnt need ANY achievements to be great game

I've been looking at http://www.mygamercard.net since I got up this morning and it seems like about 10 people are completing this game an hour.
It's been out like 8/9 hours right now and already 95 have gotten all 200 points. It shows that about 2000 people have the game already and 10 people an hour getting all 200 points is a crazy ratio. I think by the end of the day with the game being out 24 hours there will be over 350 gamers with all the achievements. I would believe that would be a first, and maybe not a good first.
Looking at the other games this company has gave us. Smash TV, Joust, Robotron and even Gauntlet the achievements are staggering different in difficulty compared to this game. In smash TV no one has them all. In joust this just fixed the 100 lvl glitch and a few have gotten the achievement but it's still vary hard thing to do. Robotron whole 2 gamers have beat lvl 100 which is extremely hard to do as the average player has a hard time getting to lvl 10. Even gauntlet has some difficult ones, they aren't as hard as the other games but still take some time and practice to get and only 1135 have done that to date out of 143883 that have the game, which will be over taken by this game the first week.
I think MS needs to set down some rules on how to set up achievements. there needs to be some ez ones some medium ones and some hard ones and maybe 1 really hard one that maybe 10 people will get in 6 month or so but not every game with have a achievement like that.

There needs to be some balance. Which will make gamer points mean more then they do now. With the way things are going new gamers can get 10k + in points in less then a week for maybe 30 bucks in rents the right games that give away gp in no time at all.

The acheivements are way too easy in this game  .... took about 30 mins to get all 12. I don't believe the game lets you continue and it still counts towards achievements.

Just got all 200/200. took about 2 hours (it took me 1 whole hour AND a broken headset just to do the perfect challenge level lol)

and to form a dual fighter, get sucked in by the boss galaga's tractor beam, then when he's out of formation shoot him down.

well, off to the store to buy a new mic =]

im not calling u a noob. i dont expect anyone whos never played galaga to know that. ive played it in arcades before though, so this is nothing new to me. glad to help though
