Yes. You have two choices. If you have finished the game (on Beginner or Expert) but not started a new one yet, you can go back into Scenario and fly the necessary mission, without having to restart the game. Your other choice is to start a new game, and playu through again, making sure to fly the specific missions you need to unlock your remaining planes. See C03 for specifics.

 

I have a question on the first part of this.  I think I've "finished" the game - beat area 8 strategic mission, got the credits, etc.  But, when I go back into Scenario mode, I only get the option to fly missions I've already completed.  The above implies to me that I'd be able to pick the "missing" missions to unlock things I missed.  I even tried, i.e. in area 3, reflying mission 2 to see if it would unlock anything else but it did not - I can (still) only pick mission 2, training, tactical 1/2 and strategic, which are the only ones I did the first time.

Oh well, I guess I need to start a new game to get the special rewards anyways...

Well i'll tell ya what ya need to do, I learned this by reading a post from FreeRaven, you need to go to the load screen hit Y and then select copy, copy your profile, then you should be able to play your missions if not go out to new campain and select the copied one and overwright and then do it, but dont do it new on h3ll mode till ya get your second playthroughs, or you'll need to play the same mission 2 times on h3ll mode and that can get frustrating. hope this helps :)

thanks, i did make a copy and i think i loaded the copy but i'm not sure.  but i ended up just picking new game, beginner, and overwriting the original.  i had to start over but it wasn't too bad to pick up the ones i missed plus all the "2nd playthrough" achievements, maybe a couple hours.  i was happy to find out on the ones where i needed both i could just play the same mission twice instead of having to start a 3rd game though!
