Just put a boat near the shore, and manually aim your grapple gun to it.  Then board it.  Do that however many times you need.

Im in!!!

Just got those 1000 points. Got the game since its launch, played it once and found it to frustrating. Gave it another try this monday and finally it all made more sense. Took me a week to get them all, overall it's a good game, but the music and liberating get repetitive.  I found the cars pretty useless, after I got my first chopper I don't think I used them more then 10 times. Still I will buy Just Cause 2, see you there :).
