Also, I Was Using 5 Lives. Even Tho I Didn't Die Once While Doing The Perfect. Then I Just Died Until Game Over. So The Settings Don't Have To Be On Default To Get Perfect Achievement.

Finally did it on maze 7 so that makes it 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 10.

I was just the opposite.  I got Pac-Man first try and with Ms. Pac-Man I have yet to get it... :(
