Killed the night ravens in the "short amount of time" submission. But I'm stuck on beating margras, I can only get him down to like 60% before I run out of time. Been using missiles, but the lock on takes way too long. and hitting him with rockets is just lucky at his speeds. (BTW, I don't have the extra weapons yet)

What weaps do you have?  Magras can be a bit tough with the lower tier weapons but perhaps you should try the grav cannon and take your time and line up a one shot on him.  Now I lay waste to him with the spitfire and the divider but i do recall that I killed him in my first or second playthrough with the grav cannon or the maelstrom bomb with a well placed hit. 

Another good way to to get a high lockon count of missles on him but don't fire.  Then keep shooting at him with your nose turret of choice until he does an evasion move.  After it completes let the missles fly because magras won't do two evasions in quick succession.  This might help you a bit hopefully

Thanks for the tips. finally got him on the 5th try with rockets, the nose shotgun (forgot the name..) and the cluster rockets. Next playthough I will use the grav cannon, used it on the last level and wow. beastly

I think that is called the saber or twin saber

Grav Cannon + Special 3 (slow down time), charge the grav cannon until right before the special terminates, aim, and fire. You can kill him in 10 seconds this way.
