USA and Canada Can't Play Together??

I'm more than a little disappointed to have spent $10 on this only to discover that I can't play with my friend who lives in Toronto because I live in the States... This has to be some kind of error/joke right??

change ur locale to ur friend country then ull be able to play with him

Thanks, tried that and it does indeed work.

Still highly irritating it would be region locked to begin with.

That and the crummy 30 second window they give you before they start the game with AI.. There should be a "No AI" option.

For anyone that hasn't figured this out, BTW, you can extend this 30 second window on a Quick Match by waiting until the countdown is at 1 or 2 seconds and selecting a different picture for your avatar. This starts it over at 30 seconds. I've been using this a lot to extend the 30 seconds to 4 or 5 minutes before I give up and just play with the stupid AI. I have gotten to see a lot of other people this way.. Sometimes a couple at a time.
