Alrighty, got word of the "fix". What you need to do is call support and confirm some information. They will then give you a download code so you can get your HexicHD back.
If you guys are experiencing any trouble with that, please post here. Hopefully someone from support will take a look here.

Well that was quite a convoluted process. They said they’ll call back in 2-3 business days with the download code. Which in Microsoft time is 3 months. Quite a long time just for a little code don’t you think?

totally :( .. like i say, tomorrow will actually be 4 days since i logged the call as well and still no phone call.
to me it doesn't make sense - like some guy in another thread posted - Hexic comes on the XBOX 360 hardisks - its too big (not 100% on this....) to fit on the memory card - so why not just make it an actual free download on LIVE! ??

Right - I'm on the phone as we speak.
Guy seemed a bit confused at first saying it was on the marketplace until I pointed out that it wasn't (well not when I last looked anyway!) and I mentioned the download code - currently waiting for him to confirm information.
Came back and is now taking some details - the reason they are doing call backs is that they don't have the code yet but will ring when they do.
Sorted - got a request number and will now sit back and wait for the call with the code. Very helpful.

Still waiting 5 days on for my Code after phoning Saturday. Called them again today, and the guy didn't seem to know much about it - infact said there was no record of my call to start with!? (then found it). He told me to wait another 2 days and if i'd not heard from them (confirmed my phone and email address again) to phone back again... I don't think waiting 5 days is particulary reasonable tbh - my freebie LIVE runs out next week, and i'm really starting to question whether or not to bother with it if this is the kind of service level we're gonna get :(

My gametag got corrupt 3 weeks ago, so had to do a format.
Called xbl straight away,was told its on xblmarketplace (uk), i know for a fact it isnt and told the rep that straight way.
Then in under 3 seconds with out talking to anyone else he told me he had to speak to his supervisor and get a code to tap in to get it.Was told i would be informed in under 24hours...........
After 5 day called back, gave them the reference number, same as before need a code we will call you now between 24-48 hours.....
Called tonight 10 minutes ago was told" As it isnt a major issuse you will have to wait until its free to download on xbl marketplace"
"When will this be" i asked
"Sometime soon"

tbh i've given up for now, as I phoned 8 days ago... promised a phone back, never happened.. have phoned again, told to wait 2 days and then if nothing phone again...
until someone actually posts that this method of phoning support actually has gotten them a result i'm not going to bother wasting my time. like someone else said, once the dashboard update happens, maybe it'll appear on live.
