A patch correcting the MP part is in the works. Obviously, it can't simply be pulled out of some *rse. After the patch being wrapped up by the developer it has to go through MS's certification which will take probably several weeks.
You forget lothar that many of us filled out petitions and called the Attorney general's office as well as contacted MS already several times. Many threads in this forum have been removed. But there were several that were up to nearly 9 pages long full of people who complained and took action.
Also don't forget that people already jumped through all the previous hoops for crackdown which falsely advertised ( and still does ) that it contains offline multiplayer. They also did it for lumines live. Sadly nothing came from any of it the previous times. Nothing will come from it this time either. MS and namco are huge companies and don't listen to the little guys. People complained and called MS. They contacted namco. There were several threads containing copies of email responses and quotes from phone calls. Sadly MS moderators removed those threads. But people did take action. Yet again, nothing really came from it.
You can only beat a dead horse for so long......
