I lost $10 trusting MS to be accurate in the descriptions of the games on their XBOX Live service that I pay $50 a year for,. They release this game that was advertised for months without a feature that was advertised- Local Multiplayer. The Online abilities will be patched eventually, but they are telling me that it was a misprint. A $%&#@ MISPRINT!??!! Do they not have any quality control?
They're waiting for us to get tired and abandon our money. They're thinking that we will just sit back and say "Oh Well" and give them more money for the next crappy game they "misprint."
Do you love having money stolen from you? Would you put up with ths if it was a brick and mortar store? We need to complain loud and clear to the FTC.

I wont buy any namc/bandai games any more, its only me giving them the 800gp, so they wont feel the loss, seems to be a lot of angry people thou

Call MS.  Mske sure that they log that you are demanding a refund.  Then ask to talk to a supervisor.  It probably won't do anything, but at least they will know a lot of people are complaining.  Maybe next time, they will think before adding another game up without checking it out.

I gave my money to Microsoft.
If you go to Best Buy and purchase a Game that is physically broken (Disc Cracked etc), you don't send it to the manufacturer, you take back to the store you bought it from.
So instead of trying to be cool with the childish insults, leave your mother's basement and learn about the real world.

It was actually Microsoft that screwed up the description.  They did so on Major nelson's site and blog.  They did it on the xbox live arcade page, the xbox live marketplace page, and in several other places.  All of the namco descriptions that were done by namco never mentioned offline multiplayer.  MS has already said they messed up and did the misprint.   If you read through some of the other posts, you will see that.

lol they had a missprint when metal slug 3 came out too, said it had 6 player online, it only had 2. :(
