i dont mean that, i just been on some torrent websites, and the game is there since 30/05

patched console is when u patch your firmware, so you can use pirated software on your xbox (download the game and burn it on dual layer disk, which costs £2, not £40 as licensed game). Though if you go online after you patch your console, you have a very high chance that MS will ban your console, so you will never be able to play online after that.

patching is modding, only done soft not hard. in other words its done using software because there are no chips available like there was for the first xbox.
