The only problem here is finding some of them on the boardwalk. Just keep checking for moving items. I moved really close to my T.V. to find the last one I couldn't find, but on closer inspection I saw a moving dead seagull.
7. Pacifist
Only use counterattacks, health items, or distraction items to win one battle.

I did this on the very first battle. It's only about 3 or 4 counterattacks that way and it's not very difficult.
8. Silent, But Deadly
Fight, and destroy the final Boss without using any healing items.

To do this you really need to keep using items and you need to assign one of the party to use them, I used Gabe as he was fastest and weakest. Use the attack reducers until they run out, keep using the attack increasers on yourself and Tycho and keep attacking. When either items run out use the speed ones. Use whatever weapon items you have at the begining. When he is just a head you really need to focus on the blocks, and if your lucky a counterattack as if you miss a block your Attack or Defence will go down. Eventually you'll beat him and along with that 30GP.
9. Immortal
Play and win the game without allowing a character to die during combat.

Keep saving. It's not that difficult, but certain enemies may take you but surprise like the Dark Mimes. The final boss is pretty easy with health items, but not so without, so you can save before the fight and if you want, after getting the achievement you can quit before it saves and have another go for the Silent, But Deadly Achievement.
10. Fight 'Em With Items
Find and use every item in the game at least once.

Everytime you get a new item use it once. Not difficult, and the last one you should need is the clown nose when you defeat a clown.
11. Level Awesome
Kill enough enemies in the game to get the XP necessary to get all party members to Level 15.

Don't try to walk around any enemies, and before the final fight check you found all the Fruit F**kers and Hobos.
