How many organisms are featured in this game?

There are over 60 organisms featured in this game.

How many levels are featured in this game?

There are 5 levels featured in this game. The first is Coral Reef, which is automatically unlocked at the beginning of the game. The second is Ship Graveyard, the third is Deep Sea and the fourth is The Abyss. The fifth and final level is Volcano.

How do we unlock new levels?

When taking a photograph of a particular organism, you will get stars, which show you how good the photograph is. The maximum one can get for an organism is 3 and the lowest is 0. There are a certain number of organisms in a level and you have to get a specific number of stars collected altogether to unlock the next level.

Please be mindful that if you were to get a 1 star photograph on your first attempt and a 2 star photograph on your second attempt, you will only gain 1 star. You will only get qualifying stars for the stars you have not obtained for each organism.

What is a Gizmo?

A gizmo is a small object in the game that you throw at the organisms (ie; fish) in order to get their attention. When you get their attention, they will often become more 'active' and look at you and do all sorts of dances or jumps, providing the perfect photo opportunity.

I'm having trouble getting the 'perfect' picture/photograph. What's a good way to get the best picture?

The main points that you have to remember when taking a photograph is that the organism you are trying to photograph, has to be in the centre of the photograph, close to you, have it's full body in the frame and has to be 'active' in some way which you can make them do, by throwing a gizmo at them as described in the question before this question. Also make sure that their face is facing the camera.

If you follow these main points, you can't go wrong!

What are Special Items?

Special Items are items that appear for you to photograph, which will give you bonus points upon completion of that level. You can only get the bonus points once. The photographs of the Special Items will also be logged in your Special Items photo album/logbook. Some Special Items can also get you certain achievements.

Why aren't the Special Items appearing in the levels?

You have to go through a level 3 times, in order for them to appear. Please be mindful that for one or two levels, you may have to go through it 5 times or more for them to appear although this is rare occurence.

How do I find the Hidden Routes?

The hidden routes in a level will usually occur half the time you attempt the level again and again. Please be aware of the Special Items in the Hidden Routes.

How do I find the Shells?

Each level contains 10 Shells. It is important to analyse your surrounding as you go look for any yellow shells that my lie on plants, ships, rocks.etc. Pay close attention to cracks and the such. You can find Shells in the Hidden Route of a level, which proves that attempting the level over and over again is a crucial part of this game.

A good way to find shells is to randomly throw gizmo's everywhere when you aren't taking a photograph as you might be lucky enough to actually get a shell.

If you collect all the shells in the game, which is 50 in total, you unlock an achievement.

This game supports one player.
