I personally love this game and I got it the first day it came out, but no one plays it anymore. The first week was alright and good amount of people, but after that nothing almost. I usually find 1-2 games at most. I am just disappointed that I am stuck with playing the same people and same maps. This game has everything positive for it, but just the player turnout is low. Also didnt that patch between 360 and PC come out? If so why still no one playing.

i go on couple times a week to check out the game, but usually servers are dead maybe except one game. i've never seen more than like 3 games at once.

For me it's only because it's summer time and I tend to play less games this time of year.  I will be on though, been playing kane's Wrath last couple of days and it just reminds me of this. 

no one plays this game because the developer released it in an unfinished state. it consequently received terrible reviews from the big gaming sites, and nobody bought it.

also, there are far too many options available to the host when setting up the lobby. the result of this is that most people will open their own room and play with resources maxed and hero respawn turned on, so it impossible to play a balanced game.

the quick match feature didn't work for the month i had the game (before i cracked the disc in half in frustration).

i've never seen a game ship with so many bugs before.

petroglyph will not survive this and that's probably a good thing. a bit of a warning to all of the other shitty developers out there.

This game didn't ship with as many bugs as Halo 2. But look where that game is.

And Petroglyph did survive. Last I heard, they were producing another game.

Universe at War shiped with two bugs. framrate issues and Desyncs.

Halo 2 shipped with Button glitches, Superbounces and Rocket Lunging. don't forget that later Halo 2 came with the easy modding.

Only two people left last I checked. That's it.

Well, the game still retails for $30 on the PC and $50 on the XB360, so there is still the oppourtunity for more players to pick it up when the price goes down further.  Also the free multiplayer on GFW Live now and free cross platform play encourage more players to play.

Anyways, I ordered the game last week (PC) and should receive it this week.  I liked the demo a lot and look forward to playing the game.

Also its sad that so few people play this game, I just think it's an awesome game, compared to many other RTS games, I think this one has a rather cool type of gameplay.

Most RTS games have the same gameplay on all the different factions, but in here you play differently on lets say Novus, than when you play on Massari.

Anyways, hope to see someone online sometimes =3

I play almost every day but yes the player base is lacking. a result of poor marketing and requiring PC players to have a Gold account at launch. It's a shame because the game is great.

Its not because of marketing, its because this game was released with bugs up the quantum singularity.

The game didn't really have any severe bugs when it launched on the PC. The camera was too close and they made some other tweaks. The main reaosn it did bad was marketing and Gold membership. Sega wanted to rely on word of mouth advertising but that proved unsuccessful.

I am referring to the PC version I never played it on Xbox.

I never got this game, but I still want to as I think its the best RTS on the 360. Thing is, if there isn't many people online why should I bother.

My problem was having my 360 RROD when this game was released and having to wait 5 months for it to be repaired, by then I think it was late to get into it although I still want to.

Maybe Ill pick it up from ebay for around $15 which should be worth it even if I cant play online.
