Did you play amped 2 back in the day? (2004ish, something like that)

Do you remember what KOTH stands for? Do you know the Score limit on the leaderboards? If you played this game a lot , sign up here.

Me and a few others are trying to organize times when a group of old school players can get together and play JUST RIDE or maybe some friendly SESSIONS. A group of 8 people would be fantastic!

Please post your ORIGINAL GAMERTAG at the time of AMPED 2 if it has changed. Also provide times where you are generally available to play. (dont forget about time zones, please include this)

I can play whenever during the summer. Ill be gone for a week though the end of this month. I got into comboing the rails and thought i was all cool getting 10 mil (i think?), and then I got pwned by some guy who got a couple hundred million buttering. I think his name was steve or something. So then i found out how to butter, went negative on the leaderboards a couple times, and played around after that. I don't think I'm well known or anything, but i have the skill.

Just so you know xboxpro, if we manage to get a game with 8 people who were good, buttering probably shouldnt be a part of it (at least for sessions)

I guarantee about 99.8% of us lost all our skill at this game :P

This game was my life. <despite the gamertag!>

HALO2MC since day 1. My fav memories was the nonstop sessions of KotH and races with Mako, bmxboy, Dankmastr - a pro. I remember the first time I scored 1 mill. I was really good at comboing and utilizing style for all of my tricks but couldnt reach over 500k in a run. After asking some guys online who told me to stack my multiplier on a rail and then the rest was history. Went to mastering butter and finding all of the butter runs. Sh!t is hard to do now though; and especially on the 360!

Once I get my own 360 and settled in the apartment this fall I will have a new gamertag.

i played this non stop. i remember 2 years ago i went to go put a pot of water on the stove to make some oatmeal and went back up to play amped. i forgot about it and came down 3 hours later to find the pot all black and the water completely gone. this game was addicting. haha

i still play it quite often so add me if you want to free ride. i dont do score games.
