The embassy level works for the following achievements:

1) Hard Slog
Finish a mission without using any hand-to-hand takedowns

easy to do because there is only one boss, just dont hit the B button. plus the level is really short.

2) One-Man Gang
Take out multiple opponents with one takedown 3 times

3) Wrecking Machine
Take out multiple opponents with one takedown 30 times

this works great at the beginning of embassy. you get a full three bars of adrenaline. as soon as you take out the three opponents, reload the chapter.

4) Living Weapon
Finish off 50 opponents using hand-to-hand takedowns

5) 30 Million Dollar Weapon
Finish off 200 opponents using hand-to-hand takedowns

once again the beginning of embassy. using the three bars of adrenaline, this will count as the separate opponnents. finish them and reload checkpoint.

6) Brawler
Defeat 50 opponents in hand-to-hand without performing a takedown

7) Pugilist
Defeat 100 opponents in hand-to-hand without performing a takedown

8) Heavyweight
Defeat 200 opponents in hand-to-hand without performing a takedown

once again at the beginning of embassy, but instead of hitting the B button, just fight them using X & Y combinations. these three opponents go down with a couple hits. finish them and reload checkpoint.
Another great place for this is the ship yard level. you will be able to beat up alot of weak opponents. and along the way you will reach the warehouse where they throw a flash bang. there are 5 guys in there. beat them all up and reload checkpoint. its a quick reload, and you start right there.

The following achievements work great on the Professor level.

9) Good Shot Clustering
Finished a mission with an accuracy of at least 75%

10) Eye on the Target
Finished a mission with an accuracy of at least 90%

11) Deadeye
Finished 3 missions with an accuracy of at least 90%

Just play the mission on trainee. its the shortest level in the game. You'll get a shot gun upstairs. You'll have to shoot, two explosives. They count as toward your shooting%. You only have to hit the professor a few times once you reach the large barn, you have to shoot the professor enough times to trigger a shooting take down. then a couple more for him to run into the other room. beat him up. One the first time, i got my 75% and 90% achievements. I finished with 100%. play two more times for the last achievement. and i played it by reloading the chapters from the main menu, not playing the game.

The following achievements work great on the shipyard level.

12) Student of Surroundings
Defeat 20 opponents with contextual takedowns

13) Master of Environment
Defeat 100 opponents with contextual takedowns

I thought this level was good becasue there is alot of environment to use. make you way into the warehouse where you get flash banged and fight 5 guys. There are three spots to use the environment: white cooler, crates with a green tarp on top, and the crate with 50 gallons drums inside. you'll get three environment takedowns each time you fight the 5 guys. finish them off and reload checkpoint.
