Alright, I've read this site but I'm still having trouble figuring this one out. I get near death (health bar is one kick away from zero), then the opponent gets near death.. and I win. It doesn't unlock. Any pointers?

I'm thinking maybe the health bar needs to be just a sliver of green, but it's pretty hard to get it there exactly. Health drops pretty quick, one throw and you're 1/3rd gone.

Does anyone know a combination of moves that will result in one player having a sliver? Because I manage to make it a sliver x2.. and any punch/kick/whatever will kill the person.

I guess I'll figure it out eventually. :)

Try playing 2 player till you have a sliver of health left then beat the other controller character, it took awhile on arcade cause they cant lower health for *** i would always die before getting close enough...

Lower your health to 90% then it's easier to get to the critical stage of hp.

I remember when I got that Close Call achievement, I barely see the green sliver on my character's lifebar, but still have ended winning the round and unlocking the achievement... Yup, it's kinda hard to get that...
