150 puzzles for $10?
I find the pricing of this game a bit hard to swallow. Unless it is going to have LOADS of DLC for FREE, $10 for 150 puzzles is WAY too many. That's not even one a day for a year. It's not like crossword puzzles are the sort of thing you can play over and over again.

For me, I will wait and see what the DLC looks like before I even think of buying.

We do not quit playing because we grow old; we grow old because we quit playing.

Ditto on what Dadditude says above. I was looking forward to this one. Ideally, they would have an agreement with NY Times (preferable) or even USA Today (lame, but still better than nothing) to download their daily Xword puzzles. I even had a program on my Pocket PC to do that.

I don't see any serious Xword puzzle fan buying into this without some kind of ongoing content update.

I agree, they would have to update this very frequently to warrant a purchase in my opinion.

I agree but maybe the NY Times is a little tough for a lot of people, the NY Daily News would be better. Give people a puzzle they have a chance of finishing.

I would rather lose than cheat.

Chicago Tribune does it for me...

Really interested to see if this game is worth it, but it kinda sounds like not...

Um... congrats!  You all get an additional 20% more puzzles absolutely free!

...But yeah, even 180 puzzles - especially given that they're uninspired PennyPress shovelware with a laboriously slow interface - probably aren't worth the ten dollars unless you're an Achievement hoarder.  - ZM, who just discovered this forum's autocensor by trying to use just the first syllable of that last word
