Exactly. It is not a replacement for UNO - it is a new UNO-style party game geared towards fast-paced multiplayer play. Because turns advance automatically from player to player, you need to see the other players' hands to know what's coming. When it is your turn, it plays 1-N chainable cards (using UNO rules to identify chains) before advancing to the next player. So in other words, it is possible to play your entire hand out in one play, theoretically.
