i know overall it was a little disappointing in most regards, from all three major players, but there were a few cool games and ideas amongst the talking heads and other rubbish. so, what were your most promising games of the event so far?

FABLE 2 looked even better than before, FALLOUT 3 looked very cool indeed, RESI MARCH 09 looked awesome as well. too bad HUXLEY or CHINESE DEMOCRACY will probably come out before it :)

but really there was only one game that stood out from the pack, one genetically superior game that will own all games in the coming year - make no mistake - i'll be buying 12 copies. all for myself. this speaks for itself...

behold the game that will dominate every console on the planet the minute it's unleashed to the masses!

Great to see Banjo & Fable up top. Dead Space is really gettin my interest.

And nothing wrong with Lips, the hype is building on that as it's quickly becoming clear it's much more advanced and innovative than the Singstar clone it was thought to be. Personally adding gestures, seamless co-op, beat/sample playing (aka Rez) on controllers, phoneic recognition like Endwar so you're actually scored on the words not just the tune like Singstar/Rock Band, and that awesome "plug in your ipod feature and the game will recognise and score you on those songs", all look very sweet!

Fable 2, and thanks to E3 I now want Far Cry 2 and Prince of Persia...so now I will be getting Gears 2, Fable 2, Guitar Hero 4 and Far Cry 2 and maybe Fallout 3 and Prince of Persia...at the start of the year I said, 'Okay, I am going to buy 4 games this year, Bully, then GTA, then Fable 2 then Gears 2' but now there are nearly 10 games!

First it would be fallout, but thats been refused so i guess that off the list. After that would have to be Fable 2 or Gears 2, both these have got me really excited for the release when watching the videos.
