I think that it isn't like either of the first two games very much. so it is really hard to say. They changed the controls so that if you press up, you do a front flip, and vice verse. and if you press left or right, you do a 180 that way. Although you have to hold them to do more than that, it takes a lot of the fun out of the game in my opinion. although it makes up for it in other ways. (" style is also easier to get, it does not diminish if you stop doing your stylish trick, it just stays with the regular points. although landingsare still important. All in all, it isn't a bad game. ("
I played through Amped 1 & 2, the only time I've played 3 was in an EB Games where they had it on demo.
I pretty soon decided I hated the game, for it was no longer the true snowboarding game that I'd loved the last two for being, it had become...SSX... Naturally I was heart broken and ever since then wished some company would correct this injustice, playing Amped 2 whenever I felt like virtual shredding....then EA Skate came along...the possibilities came flooding into my brain. All I could say was " Damn I wish they'd make a snowboarding game this good ".
Let's sign a petition to get EA to make a new snowboarding game. If anyone from EA is reading this I've got video game experience I'll sign up to help out!
Umm, well I already started a thread in the SSX forum kinda implying EA needs show up 2k sports for a realistic snowboarding game . Go read it and add something to it. Last time I checked its been pretty much ignored by the community there
