I apologize in advance for posting here, but surprisingly there are no Medal Of Honor forums that I can find. So instead of calling me a moron, if you have the answer, please let me know via a reply to this post.
Anyway, I can get the Enter Cheat Code prompt to come up, but entering
the cheat code elicits no new message, which it may not. Then when I
close the pause menu to continue playing the level, no new powers have been
added to me like unlimited ammo, health, etc.
This is strange, I know.
(It took me forever to figure out that in order for the Cheat Code
prompt to come up, not only did I have to hold the Left Trigger and
Right Trigger, but I ALSO had to hold down the DOWN on the directional
pad, not just press it like the directions below say.)

Cheat Effect
Disable shellshock
Hold LEFT TRIGGER+RIGHT TRIGGER and press DOWN,A,X,BLACK,B,A.
The phrase enter cheat will appear then enter X,Y,A,B,LEFT TRIGGER,X.
Hide Hud
Hold LEFT TRIGGER+RIGHT TRIGGER and press DOWN,A,X,BLACK,B,A.
The phrase enter cheat will appear then enter BLACK,LEFT
TRIGGER,BLACK,RIGHT TRIGGER,UP,Y.
Kill Nemesis
Hold LEFT TRIGGER+RIGHT TRIGGER and press DOWN,A,X,BLACK,B,A.
The phrase enter cheat will appear then enter RIGHT,LEFT,RIGHT
TRIGGER,LEFT TRIGGER,X,Y.
Pickup oss document

Infinite Health -- God Mode (Note: You must re-enter this code every
level)
Enable the Cheat mode code, then press White,Black,Y,White,Left
Trigger,Left Trigger.
