So...I got all the enemy intel, but I got no achievement for it, I figured the reason why, is because I had a cheat activated accidentaly, but is there any way to get that achievement even though I have gotten all the laptops already?

I don't know for sure. But I think you would probably have to get them all again, without any cheats on.
