I recently purchased the NFS Most Wanted Black Edition because it was fairly cheap and I get home to try it on my Xbox and there is no update available? What should I do besides take it back... I've already opened the game case and i'm not sure Circuit City will take it back :-(   I would greatly appreciate any serious feedback, thanks...

Don't think there's much else you can do with it, the game was re-released as an xbox 360 title, that's why there is no update patch for the original.

I am not sure that Need For Speed Most Wanted (Black Edition) is avaliable on the Backwards Capability List seeing as though Most Wanted has a Xbox-360 version. With that said, you can not do anything with that game on your next-generation console but wait and see if it appears on the list - but I have almost 100% feeling that it will not happen. If you can take it back, I would recommend trying that, if not, keep it as a keepsake. I fail to understand though how games like Barbie are BC however Underground, easily one of the best racers of all time, still fails to be on the list.
