Online Registration and Repair Guidelines

Hi Guys,

I know a bunch of you have started to take advantage of our online repair service.  If you don’t know about this, you can find the site here.

To avoid delays especially in shipping it back once repaired, here are some guidelines on how to register your console correctly.

- Really, REALLY important: Go to this site to verify if your post code matches your suburb.
- Make sure you DO NOT enter your suburb in the address line 2.  Enter it in the Suburb field instead.
- Guys please don’t use P.O. Boxes as we can't send your console to a P.O. Box.
 
Note also, that you can check the status of your repair on our online repair site as well.

Just to add, this is the fastest way for you to get your console repaired. No need to talk to call us, and no fuss in getting yourself back online if you do have an issue with your console.

If you set up your repair online, we will get your console back to in less than 10 business days from the time we receive it. Faster in most instances.

You can now do the following online:

· Register your console

You can register your Xbox console to associate your console with your Windows Live ID and to save your contact information in our registration database. If you don't have a Windows LIVE ID, you can sign up for one here.

    Note:
  • Please ensure your suburb in the suburb field and ensure you enter your correct postal code as per this website: http://www1.auspost.com.au/postcodes/ 
  • Please don’t use P.O. Boxes address.
  • Please don’t use any special characters such as slash (/) and replace dash (-) with a space.
· Set up a repair If you are experiencing problems with your Xbox console, you can request a repair for a console that you have registered. · Check your warranty status You can check whether a console that you have registered is either in or out of warranty in addition to the expiration date of your warranty. · Check the status of an existing repair You can monitor the status of an existing repair request for your Xbox console. This includes shipping information. If you want to check the shipping status of a console that has already been shipped from our repair centre, please go to: www.eparcel.com.au
