Soo....I figured I would bring a little enjoyment for us to the FFXI forums....

It may have been attempted before, and I apologize if it has.

But anyway, I figured with the influx of FFXI 360 players, I would make a forum post where they can share their lvl ups and others can congratulate them.

I have accepted that this probably will phail majorly, but oh well. lol

 

So the basics, anounce your level gain(s), congratulate people for their success. Try not to spam too much, or derail this. Please no flaming. No harrasing, and stay on topic.

Its funny, my blm heals for 100hp with Cure2.  A WHM at my level was healing for 89hp with Cure2.  Our grp was really confused, heheheh.  ATM Im BLM/RDM til I get this Wings of the Goddess Reg Code thing worked out.  I bought it new from the gamestore the same time I purchased the bundle with FFXI and 3 exp. ( they didnt have the all in 1).  It happened  when I first installed the game, but didnt do anything until now that Im about to it 30 for SCH, lol.  Do you think SOE will help me?  Only one way to find out.

That WHM needs a frigging Light Staff or raise his Healing Skill really bad. ><

Next: BLM should ONLY be outcuring a WHM ONLY if the blm is blm/sch with a light staff, and light arts active. And if the whm is not whm/sch with light arts active and/or has a very gimped healing magic skill level. As blm/sch, with lightstaff, and light arts active, I cure III for 200-209. Rdm in last PT I was in was cure III for 189-195. But then the RDM kept his darkstaff on and never staff swapped for curing.

 

and finally, Ding 2X blm63. one full lvl in a lvl 60 lvl sync (got like 30k exp in a few hours vs puk after puk!) and then the rest as blm/bst in campaign battle.

 

Funny thing is my CHR+ with my bst side gear (melody earings, moon rings, bird necklace, a shellbuster and an elegant sheild) is +24, as high as my CHR+ with bst! lol

anyway, ya lvls away! lol....

Yo Z, make a new topic and post a tut. for BLM at lvl 50+ if you could.  Ive been hearing that BLM solo's alot after 50 bc most of the mobs people camp are highly resistant to mgc.  Im about to ding 30 and sub SCH, so I have a while to go.  But I am a bit worried about the issue.  Luckily though, my linkshell wont leave me out to dry, during our 50-60 run.  Just wanted to know your thoughts on this since you just got past these levels with your BLM.

 

BLM/SCH > everything heheheheh.  Just dont hit me!!!!

I went from 1-75 BLM! After you reach 42 you guys should be sport'n /rdm atleast for solo

I don't see SMN getting a lot of invites since you can invite RDM WHM SCH from any level. You best bet is to make a party. Check out this WEBSITE for information and where to take your party. :)

New Easy Prey  EXP system is nice

2.5k EXP fairly easy, in about 1.5 hrs. Vs Gobbies, silence ftw! lol (plus a few gil lol)

Something is wrong if he is healing below the minimal. Depends on race and mind as well as if he has a light staff and other ucre potency aspects. A BLM won't heal for more then a good WHM. typically cure to is around 96hp, I get over 100 on my elvan, less on my Taru, little more squeezed out if /sch in white grimiore mode.

Dinged 74 whm for the third time on this yet other account. However im having blue and blm withdrawels and need to eventually finish off those merits.

When i returned to see the new level synch i was happy as ***, party invites are so much easier now.
