Well heres attempt number 2 at getting 1000/1000 on this. I tried about 2 years ago but I couldn't get past #2 with the bounty thing Then I deleted my save so I started all over 2 days ago. I am now blacklist 9 and I am doing the bounty glitch at the bus stop. I will keep doing this until I get 10 million bounty and have enough for Razor. Then I don't need to worry about bounty. Just races, milestones, and the popo.

Ha. I work so much, that it takes me a whole month just to beat one dang game! I have like 2 hours of all free time to play games, so it takes forever just to beat one dang game! and there's like 20 games released every month. How am I suppose to play and beat all the games I want? I can't, too much work! America, pshhh! I hate this place, land of the free my ***! Born and raised here, but I'm not proud of it, I'll always want to change this place. Just downloaded this game again, the Xbox 360 graphics are superior to the PS2 and Xbox versions. I wonder if this game is on PC?
