Any advise on killing the bats on this level.  I die about 15 times and then my tv ends up with a controller stuck in it.

if you figure it out let me know cuz im om episode 14 right now and i cant even live past my first encounter with the battlers.

When you manage to jack the first one keep you distance and attack the other ones using the power attack (can't remember which button it is)  Each time you knock one out make sure you jack it.  This give you back full health but also counts towards your 50 jacks to unlock the battler skin.  If you loose all your lives, continue you will start at the beginning of the level but you keep the jacks that you have already done.  Once you have unlocked the skin wear it to allow you to knock them out with one hit.  You may complete the level before unlocking the skin but don't worry they are quite easy once you have the skin.

It's deadly!  I have gotten throught the game on hard pretty easily until now.  Managed to get the firts one jacked and then lost it after about the next 8.  Now I can't even jack the first one!  Very difficult.  May just keep trying it over again until I get it.  Do you have any tips on even jacking the first one?  Problem is the two of them come at once the soon as you jump on to the platform.  Very fustrated! lol

I am stuck here also.  I have tried running to the left far side and only one attacks you but then you cannot see the platform to use the bats special attack. Second, wait until you come to the next platform were there are 4 of them and they all attack you at once !  You get the gold mask but before I could even attack with the one I jacked, the three remaining kicked my butt and then all four are alive again without the gold mask so it was impossible to attack without getting mulled !  I will not give up but I am going to grind to have like 25 lives so maybe, I can beat the level !

I got past the first bit and then as you say, got stuck on the second platform with bloody four of them! lol I managed to jack the first one but before I could even press a button the rest killed me!

I think you have to jack 50 of them to get the skin - think that is my strategy!  Is there any way of finding out how many you have jacked?

Oh and how to you get free lives easily?  Is there a particular ep or room I can go back to to build them up? Grind???

FINALLY beat the level last night starting with 6 lives.  First platform, I just concentrated on the first two battlers to line them up so I could hit both at the same time, keep distance, and see the entire platform.  Once I jacked a battler, I would inch up so I could use the special attack and run back to the front of ther platform to recharge.  The battlers will not come after you but the bunnies will so you can eliminate the bunnies then comcentrate on the battlers. After the first group, two pop up behind you since you must move up the platform to activate the waves of battlers so be ready. The second platform, jacked the battler to the far right because they get knocked back and I did not have to fight through the remaining three to get to it.  Also on the second platform, I only used the strong attack without charging it and light attack since you really don't have time to charge the special attack.  Beware, another group of four pop up once you kill the first group so be ready and try to be at an edge.  I also shutdown the console when the life counter said 0 so I never started with less then 6 lives since if you restart the level you lose any lives accumulated beyond four !!!
Hope this helps because before I beat it, I had earned the skins for  this level which never happened on any other level !!!  Now just to figure out how to get the 35 combo king with the battler skin since you lose some combos due to the one hit ko.
I will probable just beat the game since you earn infinite spin attack once you beat it on hard and mop up the remaining levels I did not get gold on.  So far level 14 is the only one.

beat the game and got all the cheevo's.  I need to sign into xbxo live to update my account.  Once i figured out how to do infinite spin, it became pretty easy to get the combo kings.  The battlers still are a pain in the butt and in my opinion, the hardest enemy since they usually never are alone.
